Model Release

Thank you for your interest in shooting with me! I always love creating new work with models. It doesn’t matter if you have 10 years experience or this is your first shoot, I always shoot the same. It’s very relaxed, candid, fun and the main thing is that you’re comfortable and enjoying yourself.

Collaboration shoots are just that, we both benefit from the shoot. You can use the final images for anything you like, as can I. I use the shots for social media, website, Patreon, magazines, NFT’s etc. If this is something that you’re not comfortable with, which not everyone is, then my shoot rate is $400 for 1.5hours, which includes 20 edited images of your choice.

I permit the photographer named above and his/her licensees or assignees to use the photograph(s)and/or drawings therefrom and any other reproductions or adaptations therefrom either complete or in part alone or in conjunction with any wording and/or drawings for uses including publicity on social media channels, personal portfolio and website, Patreon page, editoral/magazine submissions and any applicable competitions. - Images will not be censored unless required to be by the social platform. No images to be uploaded to any stock image websites unless agreed upon. No changes to the terms of this model release are accepted unless agreed in writing by the photographer, his/her assignees or licensees or myself. Full credits to be given to all creatives involved when publishing photos to social media or personal blogs/websites. - I understand that I do not have any interest in the copyright to the photograph(s) nor shall I receive any further payment. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I waive any and all future rights to request removal and or cease using images due to change of mind/employment/closure of business or personal brand as they are part of my professional portfolio and a marketing and business tool
